Providence Community Action's Elderly Transportation Program provides grocery shopping transportation for 28 groups of eight shoppers per group to local supermarkets. Each group is transported twice a month to purchase groceries. Additionally, the program provides transportation for the Providence RSVP Program and the Senior Companion Program. More than 300 seniors are transported on a monthly basis.
